Details you enter and how the forms currently work
A quotation request uses your name, contact method, phone number or email, province, project purpose and any selected model or accessories. The showroom form uses a phone number and optional name. Do not include identity documents, banking details or sensitive information.
The preparation button generates text on the page. The site code does not send it to a server or store it in cookies, localStorage or a database. You can edit or delete it, or copy it to your device clipboard; you control those copies. Your browser may retain autofill information according to its settings.
You can open WhatsApp with the prepared text or create an email to ventas@fortelahogar.com in your email application. Opening the link shares the text with the chosen service or application; you decide whether to send the message. The external service’s policies also apply.
Purposes and legal bases: to be confirmed
The intended purposes are answering enquiries, preparing proposals and arranging requested visits. Precontractual steps requested by the individual may rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Before receiving enquiries, the applicable basis for each purpose must be confirmed, and any legitimate interest or consent explained separately.
An enquiry does not mean agreeing to advertising. The current forms contain no marketing subscription or automated profiling. Any future marketing subscription must provide a specific, separate choice.
Browsing, providers and retention
The hosting service receives technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address and request details. The existence, purposes and retention of server logs, providers, their locations and any international transfers still need to be documented.
The site does not automatically receive or archive requests. Messages you choose to send are received through WhatsApp or email. Recipients, retention periods or criteria, and safeguards for any international transfers still need to be documented.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing based on it. The channel for exercising your rights is still to be completed in the controller details.
You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). These forms do not make automated decisions with legal effects.
Before enabling submission
This information must be completed and reviewed when the controller is confirmed, receiving channels are connected or tools change. Publishing this page does not enable automatic form submission.
