All our capsule homes are assembled in Spain. Every manufacturing project is coordinated with the client’s architect and follows the solutions they approve for that project.
How we prepare your projectComponents and assembly
Assembly takes place in Spain, with a small proportion of imported components. Components that require certification are purchased in Spain.

The layout and technical solutions are agreed with the client’s architect. We manufacture according to their approvals: the project defines how each capsule is made.
Requirements and approvals
Together with the architect, the Spanish requirements applicable to the intended use and site are defined, along with the documentation needed for approval applications. Authorizations are determined by the competent authority.

THE IDEA BEHIND FORTELA

Fortela Hogar brings capsule homes and mobile wooden homes to projects across Spain. From a home to a vineyard experience, a studio or a small business: we start with the purpose to shape the space. For every capsule-home project, we coordinate manufacturing with the client’s architect. The specification is developed for its location and intended use, taking applicable Spanish requirements into account from the project preparation stage.
Meet Fortela HogarAre capsules only for residential use?
No. Alongside residential use, we explore spaces for tourism, food and drink, sport, wellness, offices, events and site services. Your intended use shapes the layout and equipment; suitability is assessed for each project.
Where are the homes made, and which models are available?
All our capsule homes are assembled in Spain. The range includes K30, K50, K70, E30, E50, E70, D50 and D70, with reference dimensions and layouts from the QosqoCabin catalogue. Manufacturing follows the solutions agreed with the client’s architect. The proportion of imported components is small, and components requiring certification are purchased in Spain.
How is a capsule-home installation approved?
Every manufacturing project is coordinated with the client’s architect to define a solution that meets the Spanish requirements applicable to that project. Before manufacturing, the intended use, site and documentation needed for the relevant approval applications are reviewed. Approval depends on the plot’s conditions and the competent authority.
What determines the final price?
The model, finishes and equipment, as well as transport and work needed at the site. When comparing proposals, also check taxes, unloading, site preparation and utility connections. Pricing is provided for a specific configuration and scope.
