All our capsule homes are assembled in Spain. Every manufacturing project is coordinated with the client’s architect and follows the solutions they approve for that project.
How we prepare your projectYour architect, from the start
The layout and technical solutions are agreed with the client’s architect. We manufacture according to their approvals: the project defines how each capsule is made.
Requirements and approvals
Together with the architect, the Spanish requirements applicable to the intended use and site are defined, along with the documentation needed for approval applications. Authorizations are determined by the competent authority.

The manufacturer
The capsule is manufactured and assembled to the configuration and technical solutions agreed for the project.
Your architect
Defines and approves the project’s solutions for its intended use and location. Manufacturing follows those approvals.

QosqoCabin.
The people behind the space.
We work with QosqoCabin for our capsule range. Behind the brand is Jan Eskenazi Noriega, whose experience began with wooden structures and developed through construction and renovation before moving into modular spaces.
That background reflects an approach we share: thinking about how a space will be lived in and used. The K, E and D ranges provide a basis for defining each project’s layout and equipment.
