Prices and budgets

How much does a capsule home cost in Spain?

A starting price helps you compare models, but it does not describe the whole project. Separate the home, its configuration and the work needed to place it on your site before deciding on a budget.

Start with a specific configuration

Do not compare only the two headline prices. One offer may cover a technical base while another includes a kitchen, bathroom or furniture. Ask both suppliers to describe the same elements, and check what each photograph shows: some features may be optional.

Our model pages include plans, specifications and options. Use them to list your intended use, the areas you need to separate, furniture and equipment. That brief is more useful than simply asking for the price of a capsule.

Separate the module from its options

The proposal should identify the model, agreed layout and scope of supply. Check the kitchen, bathroom, storage, lighting and smart controls individually. Do not assume every element in an image belongs to the base configuration.

For a terrace or pergola, add dimensions and finishes as a separate item. A price per square metre needs to be read alongside the timber, roofing and stated installation scope.

Allow for work at the site

Transport, unloading, supports and utility connections depend on the location and project. Share the province, access photographs and available site information so delivery can be assessed. A module with utility preparation is not the same as a site with completed connections.

Before agreeing a quotation, establish who carries out each task. Avoid adding a generic transport allowance yourself or assuming that the same unloading arrangement suits every location.

Ask for a total with VAT clearly identified

Starting prices published by Fortela Hogar exclude VAT. The proposal should specify applicable taxes and distinguish confirmed items from those still to be agreed. The base price should not be treated as the final project total.

For a useful proposal, provide the model, province, intended use, desired options and access information. Mention any undecided items so they can appear as alternatives rather than remain hidden inside a total.
