FROM ORDER TO SITE

Capsule home delivery
and installation.

Every step, before arrival.

Every capsule-home manufacturing project is coordinated with the client’s architect. Preparation starts with the design, applicable requirements and site, and continues through installation and connections.

Plan my project

From the first plan to connection.

Schedule and scope are confirmed in the proposal. Each stage depends on the model and the readiness of the site.

  1. 01

    Project with the client’s architect

Together with the architect, we define the capsule home’s use, layout and applicable requirements. We review the site, access, connections and documentation needed for approval applications.

  2. 02

    Proposal and order

Configuration, included items, additional works, responsibilities and schedule are agreed before the order is confirmed.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing and site preparation

We coordinate capsule manufacturing with the client’s architect alongside the preparation of supports, access and connection points in line with the agreed project.

  4. 04

    Transport and unloading

The route, vehicle, manoeuvring area and unloading equipment are checked. A crane, if needed, is included in the planning.

  5. 05

    Positioning and installation

The appointed team places the module on the prepared supports and completes the contracted assembly work.

  6. 06

    Connections and review

Appointed professionals complete the agreed connections. Works, supplied equipment and any outstanding items are reviewed.

A site ready to receive it.

Before setting a delivery date, we review these four points with you.

01

Ground and supports

A measured plan, level changes, drainage and a support solution defined for the model.

02

Access

Clear width, turns, slopes, overhead clearance and any obstacles along the route.

03

Unloading

Manoeuvring and positioning space, ground conditions and planned lifting equipment.

04

Utilities

Electricity, water and drainage locations, distances, capacity and connection work.

Who does what.

This allocation helps prepare the project. The appointed parties and scope of each task are recorded before the order.

01

Fortela Hogar

For capsule homes, coordinate manufacturing with the client’s architect, define the proposal and scope of supply, and organize the work and logistics included in the order.

02

Client

Provide site information and access; arrange preparation and necessary approvals not included in the order, with the relevant professionals.

03

Appointed professionals and installers

Specify and carry out the contracted technical work: supports, lifting, connections and relevant checks.

Scope is part of the price.

There is no single package for every site. The proposal should separate included items from those quoted separately.

01

Within the agreed amount

  • The model and configuration described in the proposal.
  • The equipment and finishes listed in the specification.
  • Only those transport, installation or connection services expressly listed as included.

02

Assessed separately

  • Transport according to destination and access conditions.
  • Crane, unloading or special handling equipment.
  • Earthworks, supports and site preparation.
  • Electricity, water and drainage supply lines and connections.
  • Technical or administrative arrangements and outdoor accessories.

If any of these items is included in the price, this should be stated. Applicable taxes and exclusions are also detailed in the proposal.

Before confirming the date.

LET’S MAKE IT CLEAR

Before your next step

Explore all questions
Can you deliver to a site with difficult access?

The route and unloading point need review: width, turns, slopes, overhead clearance and manoeuvring space. Share the location, photos and, if possible, an access video. Delivery is confirmed once logistics have been assessed.

Does the site need a prepared base?

The support solution is defined for the ground conditions, model and configuration. Levelling, supports, drainage and installation access need to be agreed before delivery. We do not assume that any plot allows a capsule to be placed directly on the ground.

How are electricity, water and drainage connected?

The manufacturer describes provision for these connections. The project needs to define connection points, power requirements and routes to the capsule. Solar or off-grid solutions are considered separately and are not included by default.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the model, customisation, availability, transport and site preparation. The schedule should distinguish supply, delivery, installation and utility connections. Dates are confirmed in the proposal rather than promised as a fixed number of days for every project.

ASSEMBLED IN SPAIN · CAPSULE HOMES

In Spain.
With your architect.

All our capsule homes are assembled in Spain. Every manufacturing project is coordinated with the client’s architect and follows the solutions they approve for that project.

How we prepare your project
01

Components and assembly

Assembly takes place in Spain, with a small proportion of imported components. Components that require certification are purchased in Spain.

02

Your architect, from the start

The layout and technical solutions are agreed with the client’s architect. We manufacture according to their approvals: the project defines how each capsule is made.

03

Requirements and approvals

Together with the architect, the Spanish requirements applicable to the intended use and site are defined, along with the documentation needed for approval applications. Authorizations are determined by the competent authority.
